The purpose of this manual is to sets out the procedures implemented onboard the vessel with the aim of ensuring compliance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Ships. It is written in full compliance with the 2013 Vessel General Permit terms and requirements, issued by the EPA.
