Information Security Policy

It is the mission of Lemur Maritime to provide high level of Services after evaluating the needs and expectations of its customers, as well as to make full use of its human and other resource. In addition, Lemur Maritime ensures that the provision of its services is based on Information Security, to provide confidentiality, integrity and availability of information to its customers.

 
To achieve the above, Lemur Maritime is committed to:
  1. Continuously satisfy customer needs and expectations, resolve problems that arise, and provide high quality and secure services for the benefit of the company and its customers.
  2. Implement and maintain an Integrated Information Security and Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 within all the company’s departments and in each case and service provided.
  3. Provide appropriate and adequate human and other necessary resources to ensure the continuous and effective implementation of the Integrated Management System .
  4. Communicate and make available to all its personnel as well as to any necessary external party the Integrated Management System.
  5. Establish quality and information security objectives and indicators that are monitored, reviewed (during management reviews) and lead to an action plan.
  6. Continuously review the Integrated Management System at regular intervals in order to ensure its adequacy and improvement.
  7. Continuously improve the Integrated Management System though the review of positive Stakeholders proposals, quality objectives, and system performance.
  8. Comply with the Legal and Regulatory Requirements.

 

At the same time, Lemur Maritime calls:
  1. Its associates and personnel to ensure that the quality and information security policy is implemented at all stages of its services and in their overall activity and to demonstrate the necessary sensitivity to information security and quality.
  2. Its personnel to be aware of the information security and quality, actively contribute to the continuous implementation and improvement of the Integrated Management System, in a way that ensures the reputation of the company.
  3. Its customers and partners to indicate their proposals for the improvement of the Integrated Management System.
  4. It is emphasized that the Company’s information security and quality policies, procedures and regulations are binding on everyone: management, personnel and third parties and that information security and quality are issues that concerns everyone.
