The purpose of this Plan is to provide information (based on the ISM Code Chapter 8 and IMO Resolution A.1072 (28) as it may be amended), that with the Office and Vessel Procedures, SOPEP, applicable regional manuals (e.g., NT VRP) and SOLAS Training Manual enable shore and crew members’ preparation for appropriate response to the identified emergency situations.

It contains the emergency preparedness (including identification of shipboard emergency situations and examples of Muster Lists that will become ship specific, reporting procedures, training and drills procedures, emergency checklists). Cyber Security Emergency Response is not included but could be incorporated.

A dedicated section with all the relevant regulatory references is provided. Each procedure is connected to a specific risk assessment.
