The purpose of this manual is to provide guidance to the Master and Crews onboard the ship on how to conduct MLC implementation and procedures effectively in the best interest of complying to the MLC requirement, applicable ISM Code requirements. The manual combines ILO MLC 2006 Convention requirements and the Crewing Procedures required by the ISM Code into one single manual (no need a separate MLC Manual and forms).

It contains the Manning Procedures, Conditions for Employment, Catering Management, Health and Welfare Management, Compliance and Enforcement, and Flag Requirements. It has considered the RightShip Crew Welfare Conduct suggestions and requirements.
